postheadericon Michael Jackson, I miss you!

Michael Joseph Jackson (Cantonese:米高積遜  Mandarin: 迈克尔·约瑟夫·杰克逊  Taiwanese Mandarin: 麥可·約瑟夫·傑克遜)

is a great singer.  I never believe that he was doing anything wrong with that little boy. Every time I put my son in my arms, I remember Michael. He must be a loving daddy! What on earth are people doing just for some money? They are selling their own souls!   I will remember him as “the true king of pop, rock and soul”. I love his music and love him! R.I.P. Michael!

Chinese Radio 2

For money or not for money? It’s a non-profit radio program on money.
MoneyRadio.org is mainly in Chinese Cantonese with topics on Money, Finance.

I became half of an investment expert by listening to this Cantonese program on Radio. Now it’s available online with archive so you can review what was broadcast in the past, which is great!

(I have to post another article about Chinese radio because of the bit.ly error.)

When I was learning English, I try to find every English radio station to expose myself to English world. It helped me a lot!

In this category: Chinese radio, we try to find the best Chinese radio station for you to learn Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese through extensive listening.

Let’s begin with the Cantonese radio station in S.F. Bayarea:
You can tune to AM 1400 in the evening 7 to 9pm
Online it can be 24 hours http://www.cchcradio.org/ ( Live Direct with Media Player )

Mandarin FM 96.1 Singtao Chinese Radio : 矽谷早安 | 談笑Phone笙

Short Link for this Blog on Chinese Radio: http://bit.ly/chineseradio
You may follow me ChinaRadio@Twitter

Note: I’m fed up with Bit.ly’s errors by adding repeated folder the end of our URL. e.g. /chinese-radio/ became /chinese-radiochinese-radio ( I thought it was my carelessness, now I know it’s a bug.) I need to do a home brew URL shortener myself soon.

Bit.ly did it again. Somehow, it repeated china-soccer-hopeless for my URL

The orginal post is at http://chinesebay.com/blog/2009/06/china-soccer-hopeless

Cheers China Soccer!

postheadericon China Soccer Hopeless?

Got a good joke from Twitter@bokane RT @popupchinese

Google Translate 我认为中国足球是有希望的 => “I do not think there is hope for China’s soccer”.
Actually the translation should be “I think China Soccer is hopeless” Here’s the link to check
the real translation : http://bit.ly/cnsoccer http://bit.ly/goodtranslate .

Even there’s no hope but we still hope for the best for China. 加油!
