How to say “I hate you” in Mandarin and Cantonese?
Love often comes with hate.
There’s a Chinese saying “The more you love, the deeper you hate.”

Note that the word 恨 is very formal in Cantonese. In Cantonese, we usually use the word “嬲 nau1” instead.
